Refund Policy

We do not offer a refund on any item that has been purchased and used. The sales are final and there would be no refund or exchange on the packages. You will also be responsible for the dish TV recharge and Card number and the resulting purchases from that card number. Dish TV HD Pakistan is not responsible for the purchase of any incorrect card number.

Dish TV HD Pakistan does not offer a Refund on our Dish TV, Videocon, Airtel and Cline packages. The sale of our UPS, Satellite receiver, Dish, LNB, Satellite and Led TV is final.

In contrast, if something is flawed or erroneously depicted or unique in relation to the product. We will wave off the price tag and shipping charges, or give a substitute item given that the item returns within a certain time-frame.

  1. Shipping costs can’t wave if there are different things recorded on the first receipt that you submitted.
  2. All offers of recharge are final and there will be no discount or trade allowed.
  3. Dishtvhd.com is not in charge of any buying of recharge for an erroneous portable number .
  4. Dishtvhd.com is your trusted resource. We give online service of Galaxy DTH and we won’t be in charge of that channel’s rejection (expulsion) from your dishtvhd bundle.
  5. Dishtvhd.com can incorporate the channel (s) in your dish bundle in any case; you need to pay the charges for that package. Including the channel you wish to watch on Dish TV HD.
  6. Your Order of Dish TV HD will fulfill within 24-48 hours. You can also send us an email at info@dishtvhd.com.

REFUND POLICY IF THE ITEM IS “NOT AS PORTRAYED”:

To start with, if an item “not as portrayed” means that it is physically not quite the same as the thing depicted or seen in the marketing of the product.

THE ITEM DOESN’T WORK THE WAY IT OUGHT TO:

We ask for you to incorporate into the email the accompanying points– the portable number or a DISH TV HD CARD number, Transaction date and Order Number, Name, Recharge amount. www.dishtvhd.com would look into the matter and reimburse the amount within 60 working days from the date of the receipt of your email. Granted, you should contact us with in 7 Days, following 7 days there will be no discount or reimbursement. The products would have to be returned in the way they were delivered.
